Track orders

Steps

1. 1

   Open My orders

   Sign in and go to My orders from the header or account area.

   View order details

   Click an order to see items, status, shipping address, and payment state.

   Pickup orders

   For pickup orders, your pickup code is shown on the order detail page. Present it when collecting.

   Cancel if allowed

   Some orders can be cancelled from the detail page while still eligible.
