Steps

1. 1

   Review new orders

   Open Orders under /vendor to see purchases for your shop.

2. 2

   Update status

   Move orders through processing, shipped, or completed as you fulfill them.

3. 3

   Verify pickup

   For pickup orders, confirm the customer’s pickup code when they collect.

4. 4

   Shipped orders

   Confirm the shipping address and fee on the order record before dispatch.
